Our cuisine is carefully researched and cared for, giving special attention to local produce of the “piceno” area (extra virgin olive oil, mushrooms, truffles, grapes) and traditional local foods (“timballi”: similar to lasagna; “olive all’ascolana”: stuffed green olives fried in olive oil; “spezzatino di carne varie”, a stew comprised of various types of meats).
Due to the uniqueness of the products and the seasons, the menu is set on a daily basis and is explained in detail by the chef, advising guests on their preference. As mentioned above, a special fresh fish menu is available on Fridays upon request. The restaurant is open every evening. Sunday we are open for lunch . Tuesday closed. |
